Damaged, leaking or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll re-ship your order or refund you in full.

Changed your mind

Because these are liquids that we ship internationally, we can't accept opened bottles back. Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return postage, and we refund the product price once they reach us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Contact us quickly with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
