What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and what you ordered.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay, Payoneer or PayPal. We share your name, email and order amount so they can request and process the payment, and we receive a payment confirmation and reference, not your card number.

How we use it

Only to process and ship your order, send you order and tracking updates, answer your messages, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We share your name, address and phone with the courier that delivers your parcel. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

Your cart is saved in your own browser. We set no advertising cookies. Our payment partner sets its own cookies when you pay.

Where it's stored and for how long

Order records are stored securely with our database provider and kept for 8 years for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept for 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information (except where we must keep order records by law). Contact us through our contact page.
